We started this dossier in a context of global protests against racism in the spring of 2020. Young academics shared their experiences with racism and discrimination in the (virtual) halls of Leiden University. Years later, we published a series in which colleagues and students at Leiden University reflect on diversity and how inclusive we are as a university.
